Amrit Yoga

There is a particular form of yoga which we practice here – Amrit Yoga. It was developed by Yogi Amrit Desai. By practicing Amrit Yoga we learn how to open the energy body and come fully into the present moment by attending fully to the feelings and sensations in the body without resistance and with meditative awareness. This is called the posture of consciousness.
